Delancey Place Rowhouse
This is a story about a family of four. They found a house they loved, but it needed another bedroom, bathroom and powder room to be their dream home. This involved a small addition, but otherwise we worked within the existing footprint.
The kid’s new bedroom and bathroom both fit in a poorly used space on the second floor. We added custom storage in the bedroom and chose finishes in the bathroom that are a reflection of this fun family.
In the primary bath, our client was looking for a calmer mood. A place to get centered in the morning and relax in the tub at the end of a long day.
