BG Reconfigures Architecturally Stunning 1980's Home for the 2020's

When our clients brought us in to this house in Society Hill, we knew we were working with something special. A three-story atrium that culminates in a skylight the width of the house. High ceilings and tall windows. But these elements were hidden by space planning that was showing its age. The old kitchen and powder room blocked the sightlines, and there was no master suite. Space was limited and our design team went through several iterations to maximize the floorplan and unlock the home’s potential. We even managed to fit a full bathroom into the first floor. And with a 20 foot tall window in the shower to cast those huge porcelain tiles in natural light - what a bathroom it is.
