Many living rooms in Philadelphia have a fireplace, and it is natural to arrange seating with a view of the fire. But where to put the TV?

Best practice is to mount the TV low enough that when seated you can look straight at it. This rules out mounting above almost all traditional fireplaces.

Our design placed this TV above the fireplace on a remote controlled, motorized mount so that when it’s time to watch, the TV moves in front of the fireplace. Mind blown, right?
